Hey there and thanks for stopping by! My name is Ryan and I’m a thirty something financially free real estate investing, photo booth running, website creating, shark diving guy who enjoys inspiring people to be smarter with their money so they can pursue their dreams and passions, just like I did.
So What Was my Dream?
When I was in my early twenties I had a BIG DREAM. I dreamed of being financially free by the age of 30 so that I could set up my financial future for the rest of my life, and gain freedom to pursue my passion of travel and specifically scuba diving with sharks! Financially free for me meant paying for my living expenses while having my assets growing to hit my potential retirement goals.

I worked really hard by living completely off my side hustle income and saving 100% of my day job income. I then used my savings to pay off $30,000 in college debt and invest in assets that now provide me passive income. That included a commercial real estate property, 8 apartment units, two fixer upper houses and a photo booth business!

In 2016 at the age of 30 I hit my goal!
I beat my goal and accomplished things I didn’t even know I could! Now I easily make enough passive income to fund my lifestyle, which gives me the freedom to not worry about bills and explore my passions.

What Am I Dreaming About Now?
Being financially free gives you choice, and the choice for me is to spread the message of inspiring others to reach their dreams through smart money management. I hope to inspire, encourage and teach others who are looking to achieve their dreams by being smart with their money.
